Grilled Ginger-Lime Swordfish & Vegetables

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
  3. Reserve 1/4 cup for later use; brush remaining mayo mixture onto fish and vegetables.
  4. Grill 5 to 8 min.
  5. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Serve fish and vegetables over rice.
  7. Top fish with reserved mayo mixture.
