Apple Snaps

• 1 package jello sugar-free, any flavor (4 serving size box)
• 3/4 cup water boiling
• 1 3/4 cups applesauce unsweetened, well chilled
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 x mint leaves
• 1 x apples sliced thin
• 1 x cinnamon sticks

1. Prepare gelatin as usual using the applesauce instead of cold water.
2. Chill.
3. Garnish with a mint sprig, thin slices of apple and a small cinnamon stick.
