Easy and Delicious Taco Pizza

  1. Preheat baking stones, if using, in 425 degree oven 20-30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in skillet, cook ground beef until almost cooked through.
  3. Stir in 1/8 cup water and the taco seasoning and cook 2 minutes more, or until beef is cooked through.
  4. Mix refried beans and salsa and set aside.
  5. Shape pizza crusts and place on sheets of parchment paper.
  6. Use pizza peel or edgeless cooky sheet to transfer pizzas to baking stones.
  7. Prebake the crust 5 minutes, then remove from oven.
  8. You can remove the parchment paper now.
  9. Spread bean mixture over prebaked pizza crusts.
  10. Spread a layer of meat.
  11. Spread a layer of cheeses.
  12. Crumble tortilla chips over cheese, to taste.
  13. Bake 8-10 minutes more, or until crust seems baked through.
  14. Serve topped with salsa and lettuce.
