Crab Linguine
- 1 as needed Linguine pasta
- 1 packages Fresh crab meat
- 2 small red chillis
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch Flat leaf parsley
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1/2 Lemon
- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil, lower to a simmer and add your pasta, lowering it slowly into the pan bending it around the edge so it dosnt break.
- Simmer for 10 minutes for al dente, or less time if using fresh pasta.
- Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, add the onion, garlic and chilli, finely chopped, with a dash of olive oil.
- Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring, to soften the onions.
- Add the crab, parsley and juice from the half lemon, salt and pepper seasoning and stir for another 2 minutes.
- Finally, add the pasta to the pan, the remainder of the olive oil and toss well.
- Serve and enjoy!
