Asparagus, Tomato and Goat Cheese Salad
- 1 lb. (450 g) fresh asparagus spears, blanched
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Pesto Parmesan Dressing
- Arrange first 3 ingredients on platter.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
