Pork Miso Soup with Sweet Potatoes
- 300 grams Sweet potato
- 150 grams Pork
- 100 grams Daikon radish
- 100 grams Carrot
- 50 grams Burdock root
- 50 grams Japanese leek
- 50 grams Miso
- 1 Dashi stock granules
- Cut the vegetables and pork.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into bigger sizes than the others.
- Saute the pork briskly.
- Add the vegetables and add water.
- Skim off the scum with a ladle.
- Add the dashi stock granules and simmer.
- When the vegetables have softened, add the miso and simmer until it has dissolved.
- Turn off the heat.
- Finished!
