Pork Miso Soup with Sweet Potatoes

  1. Cut the vegetables and pork.
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes into bigger sizes than the others.
  3. Saute the pork briskly.
  4. Add the vegetables and add water.
  5. Skim off the scum with a ladle.
  6. Add the dashi stock granules and simmer.
  7. When the vegetables have softened, add the miso and simmer until it has dissolved.
  8. Turn off the heat.
  9. Finished!
