Flancocho

• 1 box cake mix your choice in flavor
• 1 mix cake according to box instr.
• 3 eggs for cake
• 1 1/4 cup melted sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 can condense milk
• 1 can evaporated milk

1. Mix cake batter according to box
2. Melt sugar then pour in baking pan
3. Pour cake mix in pan
4. Mix your milks vanilla and eggs.pour over batter.cover with aluminum paper
5. Put a pan with water then the cake pan in it (bano maria)
6. Cook at 350 for 1 hour check with tooth pick if done if not a little longer
7. Let cool then put in fridge till flan is set .
8. Enjoy.
