Cheese Sauce
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- In saucepan, melt butter.
- Stir in flour.
- Slowly stir in milk
- Bring to slight boil
- Heat until thick.
- Stir constantly.
- When sauce is thickened (should stick to spoon but not be clumpy), add in cheese.
- Stir until cheese is melted and consistancy is as desired.
