Grilled Pork Chop

  1. Place pork chops on broiler pan; season with favorite salt-free seasoning.
  2. Broil until cooked through, or until meat is no longer pink in the center.
  3. Cook peas, carrots and rice in 2 cups water.
  4. Cover and prepare as directed.
  5. Cook green beans according to package instructions; top with margarine.
  6. Divide meal into 4 equal servings.
  7. Complement each meal with 1 cup of strawberries and 1/2 of a kiwi topped with 1/4 cup fruit sorbet.
  8. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
