German Black Bread

• 1 package yeast, active dry
• 1 tablespoon sugar white
• 1/2 cup bread flour
• 1/2 cup rye flour
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1/2 cup bran flakes cereal
• 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee
• 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons water
• 2 tablespoons molasses
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 ounce chocolate unsweetened

1. Select the whole wheat or whole grain bread cycle of your bread machine.
2. Place the ingredients into bread machine (in order according to your machine directions) and press "Start".
