Vietnamese-Style Fresh Rolls

  1. Dipping Sauce: Dissolve sugar in warm water in small bowl.
  2. Whisk in peanut butter until well blended.
  3. Add soy sauce and hot pepper sauce; mix well.
  4. Lettuce Rolls: Top lettuce leaves with pasta, shrimp, mint and vegetables.
  5. Fold in both sides of each leaf, then carefully roll up.
  6. Serve with Dipping Sauce.
