Cheese Pastry

  1. Combine the cream cheese, butter and salt in a large bowl or in a food processor fitted with the metal blade.
  2. Mix or process until smooth.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese and flour and mix to combine.
  4. Gather the dough into a ball, flatten to a disc and wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before rolling.
