Charishma's Paneer Bhurji

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Once it is hot, add cumin seeds and green chilli and allow to crackle.
  3. Once they stop crackling, toss in the onion and stir-fry until lightly browned.
  4. Add all the masala powders and stir-fry well.
  5. Add kasoori methi and mix well.
  6. Allow to cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Then toss in the tomatoes and mix well.
  8. Add the mashed paneer, mix gently, cover and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Uncover, mix well, garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
  10. Enjoy!
