Thanksgiving for 10: Salad
- 2 ripe avocados
- 12 lb feta
- 12 lb walnuts
- 12 lb carrot
- 14 lb chopped red cabbage
- 1 tangerine, cut in slices
- 4 heads lettuce (a mixture of bibb, red leaf, etc.)
- fresh ground pepper
- oil
- vinegar
- Clean greens, then dry and chop into tiny pieces.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss.
- Grind fresh pepper on top.
- Add oil and vinegar to taste.
