Double-Chipotle BBQ Chicken Rolls
- 1 flour tortilla (13 inch)
- 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Chipotle Cream Cheese Spread
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Bold Chipotle Seasoned Chicken Breast
- 4 KRAFT Singles King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers
- 2 Tbsp. chopped red onions
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- Spread tortilla with cream cheese spread.
- Top with chicken, Singles, peppers and onions, leaving 3/4-inch border around edge.
- Cut tortilla in half.
- Working with 1 half at a time, roll up tightly, beginning at cut edge of tortilla.
- Cut roll evenly into 10 pieces; discard 2 end pieces.
- Repeat with second tortilla half.
- Serve slices, cut-side up, topped with a drizzle of barbecue sauce and a sprinkle of cilantro.
