Mustard Fish
- 1-1/8 lb. fish
- 1-3/4 oz. kasundi (mustard paste)
- 3/8 oz. khas khas (poppy seeds) paste
- 3/8 oz. curd
- 1/8 oz. ground chili paste
- 3/8 oz. ginger, chopped
- 3/8 oz. coriander, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Mix all the ingredients and gently toss the fish in this marinate.
- Put marinated fish in aluminium foil packet.
- Steam fish in pressure cooker without whistle or in steamer.
- Serve with sliced lemon and steamed rice.
