Peach Melba Cooler

  1. Place drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher.
  2. Add water; stir to dissolve.
  3. Refrigerate.
  4. Just before serving, stir in seltzer.
  5. Top each serving with a scoop of sorbet.
  6. Serve immediately.
