Dijon Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly spray with non-stick spray.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Brush the drumsticks with the mustard.
  5. Mix Panko, herbs, salt and pepper in large zip close plastic bag and add the drumsticks.
  6. Shake to coat the drumsticks.
  7. Place the drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet and sightly spray with non-stick spray.
  8. Bake until browned and cooked through, 35-40 minutes, spraying the drumsticks with non-stick spray halfway through the baking time.
  9. Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
