Midwest Chow Mein Recipe

  1. Cook veal (or possibly grnd beef and pork) with onions till brown.
  2. To 1 qt of water add in bouillon cubes, celery, meat, sprouts, and mushrooms.
  3. Add in soy sauce to taste.
  4. Cook till vegetables are tender, and sauce is thickened.
  5. (Can be thickened with cornstarch if needed.)
  6. Serve over Chinese noodles and cooked rice.
