Harvest Vegetables with Swiss Cheese Sauce

  1. MELT butter in saucepan over low heat.
  2. Blend in flour.
  3. GRADUALLY add milk; cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. ADD cheeses and salt.
  5. Stir until melted.
  6. POUR over hot vegetables and top with additional Swiss Cheese, if desired.
  7. SERVE immediately.
