Tasty Feta Burgers
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, For Frying
- 1/2 cups Large Onion
- 4 whole Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
- 2 Tablespoons Feta
- Optional Garnishes: Lettuce, Tomato Slices, Extra Feta, Mayo, Ketchup, Etc.
- Mix ground beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic salt; mix with your hands and form into 4 medium-sized patties.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for about 5 minutes per side, or until meat is cooked through.
- Add onions to the skillet and cook them with the patties until translucent.
- Serve on toasted buns with feta and extra garnishes.
