Golden Pico de Gallo

  1. Mix the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and serrano chiles in a medium bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes, until the flavors blend.
  4. (The salsa can be made 4 hours ahead.)
