Best Chocolate Fondue Recipe
- 6 (1 ounce.) unsweetened chocolate squares
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. light cream
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. cream de cacao or possibly orange-flavored liqueur (optional)
- In saucepan, heat chocolate over low heat.
- Add in sugar, cream, butter and salt.
- Cook, stirring constantly, about 5 min or possibly till thickened.
- Stir in liqueur.
- Pour in fondue pot or possibly wide mouth container, dip and enjoy.
- Makes 6-8 servings.
