Wine & Ginger Breaded Chicken

  1. Rinse clean and trim your chicken breasts and place them into a sealable container.
  2. Mix the vinegar and soy sauce in a separate bowl and pour over the chicken breasts.
  3. Close up the container and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
  4. Once the chicken breasts are marinated, remove them from the container and discard the marinade.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients, pour them onto a plate, and roll the 4 chicken breasts in the breading, thoroughly coating them.
  6. Place them into a baking dish or a cookie sheet, and bake them in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
