Granny's Mexican Chicken Recipe

  1. Mix chicken with onion, garlic, broth and enchilada sauce and soup.
  2. Heat in pot bring to boil in large casserole dish.
  3. Pour layer of corn chips, then about half of chicken mix alternately top with cheese.
  4. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
