Simple & Delicious Okara Nuggets

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and use your hand to knead them together until they form a lump.
  2. Once the mixture has come together, divide into bite-sized portions.
  3. Heat a frying pan coated with oil and pan-fry until both sides are crisp and browned.
  4. Then they're done.

fresh okara, ground pork, katakuriko, mayonnaise, salt, frying oil
