Simple & Delicious Okara Nuggets
- 200 grams Fresh okara
- 100 grams Ground pork (or chicken)
- 5 tbsp Panko
- 5 tbsp Katakuriko
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 for frying Oil
- Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and use your hand to knead them together until they form a lump.
- Once the mixture has come together, divide into bite-sized portions.
- Heat a frying pan coated with oil and pan-fry until both sides are crisp and browned.
- Then they're done.
