Peach Sauce (For Poultry) Recipe

  1. Drain the syrup from the canned peaches and set it aside for later.
  2. Puree the peaches in the blender.
  3. To the peach syrup, add in sufficient water to make 1 c. of liquid.
  4. Add in sugar and nutmeg to the liquid and put it in a small saucepan.
  5. Bring the mix to a boil and let it boil for about 1 minute.
  6. Empty the gelatin into a small bowl and stir in the warm liquid mix till the gelatin is dissolved, then add in the pureed peaches.
  7. Pour it into a mold and refrigeratetill set.
  8. This recipe can be made without sugar and with diet gelatin for those who are not allowed sugar or possibly want a less sweet taste.
