BLT Salad
- 6 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 8 cups tightly packed torn romaine lettuce
- 1 large tomato, coarsely chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- Cook and stir bacon in medium skillet until crisp.
- Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon, reserving 1 Tbsp.
- drippings.
- Drain bacon on paper towels.
- Add dressing to reserved drippings; cook and stir with whisk on medium heat 2 min.
- or until heated through.
- Toss lettuce with bacon and remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- Add hot dressing mixture; toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
