Guava Pie (pay de guayaba)

  1. blend guavas cream cheese and sweetend condensed milk
  2. dissolve gelatin in the 1/2 cup of water over a double boiler
  3. add dissolved gelatin to guava mixture and blend
  4. pour mixture in to pie crust
  5. refrigerate until firm about 2-3 hours

crust, guavas, cream cheese, condensed milk, water, unflavored gelatin
