Manchego Cheese with Brown Butter Honey Sauce

• 4 Tablespoons Butter
• 2 Tablespoons Honey
• Sea Salt
• 1 Wedge Manchego Cheese, To Serve

1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
2. Remove the butter from the heat and add the honey, stir to combine.
3. Pour the honey mixture over the cheese and sprinkle with sea salt.
