French Dip Bites
- 20 RITZ Crackers
- 2 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef, cut into 20 strips
- 5 oz. CRACKER BARREL Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese, cut into 20 slices
- 1/4 cup French fried onions
- Top each cracker with 1 folded piece of meat and 1 cheese slice.
- Sprinkle with onions.
- Place 5 topped crackers on microwaveable plate.
- Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec.
- or until heated through.
- Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
