Kimchi Makes This Surprisingly Deliciosu! Stuffed Green Peppers

  1. Lightly squeeze out the kimchi juices.
  2. Don't squeeze too much.
  3. Finely chop the kimchi and mix together with the ground meat and seasoning.
  4. After cutting the green peppers in half, coat with flour, pack in the meat mixture, and cover with flour again.
  5. In a heated pan with oil, add the peppers meat-side down and cook until browned in medium heat.
  6. Add the sake, cover with a lid and, steam-cook over low heat.
  7. It's done once the liquid evaporates.
  8. The kimchi juices season the dish without sauce.
