Philosophy Mimosa

• 13 cup chilled fresh orange juice
• 14 teaspoon orange-flavored liqueur
• 13 cup chilled champagne
• 1 small orange wedge

1. Combine orange juice in a fluted champagne glass.
2. Slowly add champagne.
3. Garnish glass with orange wedge, if desired.
4. Serve immediately.
