Swiss Steak Supper

  1. Trim excess fat from beef.
  2. Cut beef into 6 serving pieces.
  3. Spray 12 inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.
  4. Sprinkle beef with seasoned salt.Cook beef in skillet about 8 minutes, turningonce, until brown.
  5. Layer potatoes, carrots, beef and onion in 3 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker.
  6. Mix tomatoes and gravy; spoon over beef and vegetables.
  7. Cover and cook on low heat setting 7 to 9 hours ot until beef and vegetables are tender.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley.
