Iyokan Citrus Cups No-bake Cheesecake
- 1 Iyokan citrus
- 40 grams Cream cheese
- 30 ml Milk
- 20 grams Granulated sugar
- 2 grams Powdered gelatin
- 1 tbsp Bottled lemon juice
- Return the cream cheese to room temperature.
- Cut the iyokan citrus in half horizontally, remove the white membrane and the white strings, and remove the fruit.
- Microwave the milk for 20~30 seconds (at 500~600 W), add in granulated sugar and gelatin, and mix together well to dissolve.
- Place Steps 1 and 2 into a plastic bag with bottled lemon juice, and rub together until well combined.
- Pour equally into the iyokan citrus cups, and chill in the fridge for about an hour to solidify.
- It is done.
- This is moderately sweet, so top with honey or condensed milk if you like.
