Black Eyed Peas With Mushrooms Recipe

  1. Heat some oil in a deep pan.
  2. Fry the cumin seeds and cinnamon stick 5-6 seconds, and then brown the onions and garlic.
  3. Throw in the mushrooms and fry them till they wilt.
  4. Cook in the tomatoes, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and cayenne for a minute.
  5. Cover and simmer for 10 min.
  6. Add in all ingredients except coriander, simmer uncovered for 30 min.
  7. Add in coriander just before serving.
