Liver Fantastic Recipe

• 1 pound liver
• 1 can minced tomatoes
• 1 lg. onion, sliced
• 1 lg. bell pepper, sliced
• 1 can beef gravy
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, crumbled

1. Flour and cook liver on one side.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Layer other ingredients.
4. Cover with lid.
5. Cook on low heat for 1 hour.
