Peanut Stuffed Belgian Endive

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, peanut butter, 1 tsp water, vinegar and red pepper.
  2. Add cabbage and nuts; toss to coat.
  3. Spoon mixture into endive leaves.
  4. Enjoy!
