Dulse Fried Oyster Mushrooms

  1. Combine the ingredients for the three mixtures separately and set aside.
  2. Line a baking sheet with absorbent towels.
  3. Heat oil to 350F (180C) in a medium-sized saucepan, about 5 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Dredge mushrooms in flour mixture.
  5. Shake off excess flour and dunk in the liquid, before rolling in the breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry in the hot oil for 45 seconds each side, they should be golden brown.
  7. Drain and serve.
