Chilaquiles
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup prepared Mexican salsa (with chilies)
- 1 lg. breast of chicken, previously cooked, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded fresh cheese
- 1 lg. onion, cut into rings
- Vegetable oil
- Cut the tortilla in squares; fry in vegetable oil.
- When fried, let stand on paper towel to dry the excess oil.
- Heat the salsa.
- When hot, add the fried tortilla and the chicken strips.
- Cook one or two minutes only to warm the ingredients.
- Then serve and adorn with cream, onions and cheese.
