Dark Chocolate-Double Orange Cinnamon Biscotti

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Chop half the chocolate.
  3. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt until blended.
  4. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
  5. Add eggs, orange extract and zest; mix well.
  6. Gradually beat in flour mixture until blended.
  7. Stir in nuts and chopped chocolate.
  8. Divide dough in half.
  9. Roll each half into 12x2-inch log on lightly floured surface.
  10. Place, 2 inches apart, on prepared baking sheet.
  11. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  12. or until lightly browned.
  13. Cool 15 min.
  14. Place on cutting board.
  15. Use serrated knife to diagonally cut each log into 12 slices.
  16. Place, cut sides up, on baking sheet.
  17. Bake 10 min.
  18. or until slightly dry.
  19. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  20. Melt reserved chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over biscotti.
  21. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
