BeefBall CheeseBall
- 1 jar (4 Oz. Jar) Dried Beef
- 2 packages (4 Oz. Package) Thin Sliced Beef Lunch Meat
- 3 packages (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Accent Seasoning
- 1 bunch Sliced Green Onions, Tops And Bottoms
- 1/2 cans (4 Oz. Can) Chopped Black Olives
- 1 jar (4 Oz. Jar) Sliced Mushrooms, Finely Chopped
- Cut dried beef and lunch meat into very small pieces.
- Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- With clean hands, mix well and form into a ball.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
- Serve with Tostitos bite-size tortilla chips.
- Note: Recently Ive had trouble finding the thin sliced lunch meat at our local grocery store.
- So Ive just been going to the deli counter and getting them to shave 8 oz.
- of mild beef.
- If desired you can also roll the beefball in chopped pecans.
