BeefBall CheeseBall

  1. Cut dried beef and lunch meat into very small pieces.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  3. With clean hands, mix well and form into a ball.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
  5. Serve with Tostitos bite-size tortilla chips.
  6. Note: Recently Ive had trouble finding the thin sliced lunch meat at our local grocery store.
  7. So Ive just been going to the deli counter and getting them to shave 8 oz.
  8. of mild beef.
  9. If desired you can also roll the beefball in chopped pecans.
