Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Oil or butter 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Mix fruit with sugar, cornstarch and juice and zest of 1 orange.
  4. Scoop into pie plate.
  5. Mix together butter, sugar, oatmeal and flour until crumbly.
  6. Spread mixture on top of fruit.
  7. Place pie pan on cookie sheet or foil to catch drippings.
  8. Bake at 350F.
  9. for 40 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and serve warm or at room temperature with vanilla ice cream, yogurt or lightly whipped cream.
