Buffalo Pork Loin
- 2 lb pork roast; bone-in or boneless
- 1 tbsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried minced onion
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
- Coat pork loin with enough oil to cover.
- Season with dried spices.
- Roast at 300 for approximately 60 minutes or until thermometer reaches desired doneness.
- Pour buffalo sauce over pork loin during last 5 minutes of cooking.
