Gourmet Chicken Breasts

  1. Generously butter casserole dish (9 x 13) and spread onion soup mix evenly over bottom dish.
  2. Put chicken on top.
  3. Mix the wine, soup and half and half.
  4. Pour mixture over chicken.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley, slivered almonds and some paprika.
  6. Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven (325) until done, about 2 hours.
