Bar-B-Cue Spiedini

  1. Pound the steak between two sheets of plastic wrap to tenderize it.
  2. Combine bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in small bowl; stir in olive oil to make a paste.
  3. Preheat grill to medium.
  4. Lay steaks flat on work surface and spread evenly with bread-crumb mixture.
  5. Top each steak with 4 slices of salami, then 2 slices of cheese.
  6. Roll up; secure with wooden toothpicks.
  7. Grill, turning every 4 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt, about 12 to 15 minutes.
