Bar-B-Cue Spiedini
- 6 slice beef top round
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 24 slices salami
- 12 slice provolone cheese
- Pound the steak between two sheets of plastic wrap to tenderize it.
- Combine bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in small bowl; stir in olive oil to make a paste.
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Lay steaks flat on work surface and spread evenly with bread-crumb mixture.
- Top each steak with 4 slices of salami, then 2 slices of cheese.
- Roll up; secure with wooden toothpicks.
- Grill, turning every 4 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt, about 12 to 15 minutes.
