Seared Salmon with Balsamic Glaze

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.
  2. Heat oil in skillet on med-high heat but not smoking.
  3. Sear salmon for 3-4 mins on each side.
  4. Remove salmon and set aside.
  5. Pour glaze mixture into skillet and stir until reduced to about 1/3 cup.
  6. Drizzle glaze over salmon and serve immediately.
