Tofu Burger Stuffed Tomato

  1. Mince shiitake mushrooms and lotus root.
  2. Thoroughly remove excess water from the tofu and cut the chicken tenderloin into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Blend the chicken tenderloin pieces and the tofu in food processor until it makes a paste.
  4. Add meat and vegetables to and mix well with a spoon.
  5. Stuff the mixed ingredients into tomato skins.
  6. Use the tomato for soup or salad.
  7. Without pre-heating, bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 230C.
  8. To make the sauce, simmer ingredients in a pan.
  9. Arrange on serving dishes.
