Tofu Burger Stuffed Tomato
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 strips Chicken breast tenders
- 100 grams Firm tofu
- 2 pieces Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 around 3 cm Lotus root
- 2 tsp Ketchup
- 2 tsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Panko
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Oregano (dried)
- 1 Allspice
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp each Sake, mirin, and sugar
- Mince shiitake mushrooms and lotus root.
- Thoroughly remove excess water from the tofu and cut the chicken tenderloin into bite-sized pieces.
- Blend the chicken tenderloin pieces and the tofu in food processor until it makes a paste.
- Add meat and vegetables to and mix well with a spoon.
- Stuff the mixed ingredients into tomato skins.
- Use the tomato for soup or salad.
- Without pre-heating, bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 230C.
- To make the sauce, simmer ingredients in a pan.
- Arrange on serving dishes.
