Tofu Sandwich on Whole Wheat

  1. After draining the tofu, cut into four large pieces.
  2. Pat off any excess liquid.
  3. Mix all spices together and sprinkle over each piece of tofu.
  4. In skillet, brown tofu on either side for 3-4 minutes; or broil in oven on each side until browned.
  5. Toast whole wheat buns; spread with tofu maynonnaise.
  6. Add lettuce, sliced tomato and sprouts on top of tofu.
  7. Enjoy!
