Chicken 'N Cheese Recipe
- Skinless, boned chicken breasts (as many as per you're serving)
- 1 pkg. cream cheese (fills 6 breast pcs)
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
- Dry parsley flakes, sufficient to give color
- Lean bacon, cut in half
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can lowfat milk
- Wash breast pcs.
- Mix cream cheese, garlic, and parsley flakes.
- Put small amount on meat and wrap with half slice bacon and attach with toothpick.
- Fill all breast pcs and place in shallow cake dish (oblong glass 9 x 13 inch works well).
- Mix soup and lowfat milk.
- Pour over meat.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till chicken is done.
- Serve warm.
